What started FIRST Ladies?

The idea for FIRST Ladies started with the 2013-14 FTC Promote video theme - "Leadership is...". The Patronum Bots created a video about how girls in FIRST are the leaders of the future. As an all-girls team, we wanted to connect with other girls on other robotics teams.
